Challenge

Whilst Hilton was synonymous with hospitality worldwide, it was often seen as a short stay or business choice. The company wanted to build awareness of its luxury leisure properties – 56 exotic resorts dotted around the globe.

Solution

We developed the Hilton Worldwide Resorts brand, including comprehensive brand guidelines, and launched it globally. Ongoing marketing included annual collateral design, print and online advertising, sales support materials, interactive exhibitions and e-brochures. The design was evolved over time to stay true to its original values without dating, and continual updates to brand guidelines ensured worldwide consistency. Complementary product ranges, such as Kidz Paradise Club, Spa, and Weddings enabled the brand to grow organically through product extensions.
 

Result

In just four years, the addition of Hilton Worldwide Resorts to the Hilton portfolio of brands enabled Hilton to become a major player in the global luxury leisure market.
