Challenge

Goodman was seeking a major UK organisation to take a long lease on its prestigious new business park development in central Glasgow. Previously a run-down development site, the new Glasgow Central Quay offered the perfect waterfront position for a world-class business headquarters.

Solution

C-level executives within the private and public sectors were directly targeted with a premium brochure to create awareness and generate enquiries. Positioning the site as a prestigious urban business park in the centre of a dynamic city, the ‘Best of both worlds’ concept communicated excitement about the city, along with the benefits of the business park, using stunning photography and imaginative copy. The brochure was distributed via a press launch event, mailings and agent activity, with the concept further reinforced through use on attractive site hoardings.
 

Result

Beating the lead generation target by 60%, the brochure received positive reviews from Goodman and its appointed property agents.
