Challenge

The International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF) is a must-attend exhibition event for major hotel brands and hotel sector investors. With an objective of building 1,000 hotels outside of the US within five years, Hilton Development needed a strong presence at the event. Having recently overcome the withdrawal of a new brand from the hotel development community, confidence in Hilton brands needed to be reaffirmed.

Solution

A sumptuous cocktail party for 1,200 attendees was held at the Hilton Berlin on the opening night of the event, offering a true taste of Hilton hospitality. The event theme was ‘Light the Way’, and included the first use of a Puffa Sphere within a hotel environment. Transportation and logistics, transformation of the hotel space, content for the evening and on-ground support were successfully delivered.
 

Result

The highly social event ran smoothly, with attendee feedback indicating that the event was one of the best in the history of the IHIF.
